You will get tulips and the ship will set sail from the Walmart lot at 8AM.

Something more than just a bike race- FUNDRAISER.

Fundraiser history- Year 1 we raised $1300 for a young man in need. Year 2 we generated 400 lbs of food and $ for local food shelf. Year 3 the raiser brought in more than $2000 for a beautiful woman fighting cancer. Year 4 (last year) we rallied with the Bauers in support of Jason and his fight... Year 5 was cancer awareness and fund support to a single Mom.

Ethos: You are responsible for you. If you get stuck in one spot, you gotta get yourself out of it. Bring a phone, straight key for an SOS, or sky flares.

NOTE: The course will not be the same as last year. So disregard your bootleg GPS map. You rely on it, and it will cheat you.

THANKS TO MILLTOWN CYCLES & HARRY'S CAFE for their continued support!

Race update

Going to be hard topping last years event, but with a few more folks participating and the randomness of March it is possible to outdo L-M-L Rev 0.

"Man down!"   Awesome shot by C5 Photography.

Over 40 people signed up, again capping random entry at 100 people. If you showed up last year you are automatically in, but I still need your contact email.

Similar drill to Rev 0, start-finish at Harry's Cafe in Lakeville, 1 checkpoint at Milltown Cycles. Milltown will be showing you some great downtown Faribault hospitality. Expect between 5-9 hours on your bike.

The route wont be revealed until race day, and it will be all tulip notes. No GPS or computer related routes. I deal enough with computers on my day job, I like to keep bike related life simple. Plus, following tulips are part of the gravel random game.

More to a bike race than just a bike race... We will be raising canned goods for the local food shelves, so bring what you can donate... Last year all that showed overwhelmingly donated to a great cause. I expect the suspension in my jeep to be bottomed out from the weight of canned food.

What else... Oh yeah, this is once again proclaimed on the interwebs as '82 mile gravel fatbike worldchampionship'. So if you want to take the title from Jeff Young, do it.

Looking forward to leading this out once again, and the laughter and schennaningans that will ensue... Until then, go ride into the wind.
